OTW ("the app", "we", "us") is a navigation app for Malaysia, developed and operated by an individual developer. This policy explains what information OTW collects, why, and how it's handled.

We do not collect advertising identifiers, run ad tracking, or use third-party analytics SDKs. OTW shows no ads.
When you request driving directions, your route's start and end coordinates are sent to our self-hosted routing service, and — if live traffic is enabled — to TomTom's routing API (via our own server, so your device never contacts TomTom directly and no API key is exposed in the app). If your route crosses certain toll roads, plaza codes (not your personal location history) may be sent to PLUS's public toll-fare lookup. These providers receive only the specific route data needed to answer that one request.
All account data, reviews, photos, and saved places are stored on servers we operate ourselves, not a third-party cloud platform's managed database. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we remove your personal data (email, phone number, password hash) within a reasonable period, except where content you posted (e.g. a review) is kept in anonymized form to preserve the usefulness of that listing for other users.
OTW is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
We may update this policy as the app changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
